Valle de los Ángeles
Valle de los Ángeles, the most renowned funerary complex in Puebla City, approached us for the redesign of their visual identity.
Various internal and external aspects were analyzed: the brand’s perception of their clients, the affinity the employees had with the company’s philosophy and the consistency and coherence of the communication elements. Based on our research we detected that the perception people had of death was grief and pain, so we introduced the concept of celebrating the life of our loved ones.
Keeping this concept in mind, we redesigned all communication materials, the brand, corporate stationery, brochures, website and obituary displays inside the facilities. The visual identity redesign and capital improvements resulted in a 200% sales growth in a period of eighteen months.
