Seasoning of a tradition
The project reviewed the origins, properties and trademarks of Puebla’s gastronomic legacy, comprised by the main regions across the state, that, altogether, make up the Poblano Cultural Heritage, known for its diversity and significance.
The editorial design combined both the historic and cultural perspectives of traditional cuisine, focusing on a regional and touristic approach. Oral tradition is also redeemed through family recipes that each reader incorporates, creating a unique and personalized copy of the book.
